UPDATE Sunday 6:55pm: Norberto is out of surgery, lucid and awake! We don’t have further details at this point but will post them as we find out more in the coming days.

Norberto will go into surgery at 6pm Rio time (3pm CST). It is an emergency surgery and they're going to remove his spleen. His hemoglobin levels are decreasing rapidly which indicates he’s bleeding internally…internal hemorrhaging can be fatal.
